Policies At Williamsburg Sampler Bed and Breakfast

Although we understand that situations and emergencies arise from time to time that might cause a cancellation, please be aware that in a 5-room inn, even one cancellation represents 20% of our inventory and livelihood.

Cancellations made within 21 days are refunded the deposit once the room is rebooked.

Cancellations made outside of 21 days are issued a full deposit credit upon cancellation.

If the reservation is not rebooked, a gift certificate will be issued for the deposit.

No-shows will be charged for the full length of the stay, including all reserved nights.

No smoking or vaping inside the property. If it is found that the rooms have been smoked in, a cleaning charge will be added.

All rooms are based on double occupancy.
